Oxlea’s Woods Photography

You know you truly have a passion you enjoy when you set your alarm for 6am on a Sunday and head out.  I met my father-in-law at 7am so we could take a drive and capture a sunrise on our camera’s.

It was freezing and we were both very sleepy by the time we got there but it was worth it.  He brought a flask of hot tea and I moaned I was cold on a consistent basis.  We still enjoyed ourselves and discovered that dogs have a thing for my father-in-law too!

The sun rose about 7:45am and once it was up we explored the rest of the area taking pictures as we went.  We’re currently planning our next day out!

How lovely. One of the things on my list is to intentionally watch the sun rise. There are a few occasions when I have been travelling when the sun has come up but I have yet to make it an occasion.
